Fitness instructor and YouTuber, she is known as the inventor of the 21 Day Fix. She's a Beachbody fitness instructor who's accredited as a certified personal trainer. In September 27, 2013, she launched her YouTube channel self-titled, where she posts fitness tips and workouts. Prior to that, she was a contributor on Brooke Burke's Modern Mom website.
