Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp has been a Canadian actor for a long time. She is well-known for the roles she played in television and films. Her work is a hit on Canadian and American television. Emily started acting when she was 12 when she was visiting her sister Katie on one of Katie's movies. Once she discovered her passion in the world of acting, Emily enrolled in classes to learn about it and started to audition. The first time she was cast, she appeared in a couple of commercials before receiving a callback for the Canadian television show for children Are You Are You Scared of Darkness? One scene in which she appeared without speaking a word. The first time she was seen on screen was at the age of 15, when she got a role on the WB's Glory Days as a regular. Emily's performances caught the attention to Dawson's Creek's Greg Berlanti, who then made her a part of his television show Everwood. Emily was also a ballet dancer and photographer. Teen once named her one of the most talented actors under the age of twenty. The Maxim's Hot 100 List of 2014 placed Emily at number 51.
